Day 1: Arusha National Park

Our staff will meet you at hotel and together we will have short briefing to finalize details and answer any additional questions regarding your upcoming safari.
Depart from Arusha town at 9 am. We will drive you to Arusha National Park, where you will enjoy the natural beauty of the hills, mountains and river beds. You will enjoy a half-day guided walking safari through the forest to the waterfall.
Expect to see endless acres of forest, black and white colobus monkeys, zebras, buffaloes and a lot of antelopes. You will also have a chance to observe more than 400 bird species including Crowned Eagle, Lanner Falcon and Levaillant’s Cuckoo.
After the lunch in the bush, you will be taken on a game drive through the National park, where you will enjoy the flora and fauna. We will drive you to seven Momela lakes full of pink flamingos and other water birds. From here, it is possible to enjoy the views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. Add a walking or canoe safari at additional cost.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

We will enter Lake Manyara National Park, a photographer’s paradise for game viewing. Expect to see a park teeming with wildlife including the famous tree climbing lions resting in acacia trees. From your vehicles, you will have a marvelous view of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, sparkling in the sun.
Dinner and overnight in the campsite/lodge according to the type of accommodation options requested.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we will start our drive past the unique and gorgeous Ngorongoro Conservation Area via the famous Oldupai Gorge also known as “The Cradle of Mankind” to the Serengeti National Park.
The gorge lies on the same spot where once lay an ancient lake, which was covered by thick layers of volcanic ash, which carefully preserved the world’s earliest records of mankind. This extremely important prehistoric site was discovered by Louis and Mary Leakey and the exhibitions from different periods in its history are on display in the Oldupai Gorge Museum, located on the gorge’s rim. Oldupai Gorge is and adds on at additional cost.
Our visit will also include the famous Maasai bomas, where you will be able to meet the Maasai people and get to know their culture and habits.
Upon entering the Serengeti National Park for your game drive, the most intriguing and yet amazing African landscape rolls before your eyes. Here you will experience African wildlife in all its glory.

Day 4: Serengeti NP – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we will start with a morning game drive and then head towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
The highlight of the expedition will be a game drive in the Serengeti. As far as the eye can see, thousands upon thousands of animals in herds, wildebeests and zebras migrating together, tall and graceful giraffes, jumping antelopes and gazelles, the powerful African elephant and the most respected group of animals: the predators. You will be able to spot lean cheetahs and shy leopards, foraging hyenas, and last but not least, the king himself; the lion.
While game viewing, we will proceed with picnic lunches
Dinner and overnight on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater according to the standard and the type of accommodation requested from our options.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we will proceed to Ngorongoro crater for a full-day game drive.
From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, descending down into the crater, you will enjoy amazing panoramic view and if you are lucky, you will see the big five. The caldera exhibits more than 120 species of mammals. We will also visit saline lakes such as Lake Magadi, which is a magnet for flamingos and other water birds. We will also see pools full of hippos, the endangered East African black rhino as well as birds such as the secretary bird, the white stork arriving from Europe during the wet season and kori bustards, crowned cranes and ostriches. It is for sure a landscape of sheer beauty. Another big drawing card to this picturesque park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which can require the trained eye of your guide to spot.

Day 6: Tarangire National Park – Arusha

We will begin the game viewing at the richest vista of an endless golden savannah.
You will see the Tarangire River with Baobab trees all along the river-banks. This is a well-established view point, where game can be viewed ambling to and from the river throughout the day.
Thousands of animals migrate from Maasai steppe to Tarangire River looking for water. You might be able to see three rare species of animals; the Greater Kadu, the Fringe-eared Oryx as well as a few Ashy Starlings.
Picnic lunches will be set on some of the picnic sites in the proximity of wildlife.
